Sophisticated Reporting Made Easy
 If you are looking for a simple, easy to use, stand alone reporting application that produces text and RTF based reports, REPORT MANAGER is for you!

REPORT MANAGER is an innovative reporting system that is powerful enough to produce extremely sophisticated reports but friendly enough for the beginner. The software is completely stand-alone and requires NO third party software or relational database. It is easy to use, works in the background, flexible, fast and is designed specifically to work with the leading HMI software applications. 
Features
Fast and Reliable Data Access
The real time and historical data is retrieved via direct access to the database provided by the Server. These interfaces are fast and efficient. Report Manager does not use DDE!

Easy to Archive and Transfer
Report Manager stores your reports in RTF files, providing powerful text formatting, or in ASCII text files for easy access by any third party package, such as Excel or Wordpad. Report Manager provides a built-in archiving system to store and maintain your report files.

View Report Files in your HMI
The Integrated Viewer provides you with a view port into the archived report files. Activated from a pushbutton in your display, you can select and view any report file. This tool is specifically designed for use by operators to inspect report files or print reports on demand.

Synchronize the Reports with the HMI
When a report has been completed, the Report Manager can flag the HMI (by setting a tag) that the report is done. The HMI can then safely reset any totalizers or other values that have to be reported.

Unattended Background Reporting
The powerful scheduler engine supports both time based and event based report triggers. Periodic, daily, weekly, monthly and even yearly reports are easily configured. In addition, the scheduler can monitor specific process conditions and generate reports when these conditions occur.

Statistical Calculations
Report Manager maintains a reduced historical database so it can calculate statistical information collected over a time period. Totals, averages, minimum values, and standard deviations are examples of the many calculations that can be performed.
